Food, nutritional and leisure education at school

Many people in adult life are unaware of healthy eating habits and practices activities the context leisure, lack this knowledge has as consequences high rates chronic-degenerative diseases, emotional behavioral problems that affect Brazilian population. The school is a privileged space for food, nutrition, leisure education, plays fundamental role formation values, habits, lifestyles, serving basis development multiple skills children, including cognitive ones. This work aims to analyze issue education at school. literature review. As result, an important children develop will be their lives, among possible learnings understanding nutritional diet include practice activities, such sport, generating implications growth future routine.
